Hey fashionistas! It's your girl, Just Being LaKedra, back again with another Stylish Sunday look. It's definitely feeling like Fall here in Alabama and it's getting colder by the week! I'm excited because Fall is one of my favorite seasons and mainly because I have alot of Fall fashion. Let's get into this look, shall we?!!!
So today's feature piece is @Target's, A New Day brand Trench Vest. Yall, I gifted this vest to my mom a few years ago and she never wore it. Sooo, I decided to get it back from her lol. She didn't mind and plus there's no point of wasting a good piece of clothing lol. Am I right?? This vest definitely gave me Inspector Gadget vibes when I first saw it and that's one of the main reasons that gravitated me to purchase it. The color, in addition to the detail really makes this a great piece to have in your closet.
I wanted to keep it chic, casual so I paired it with a long-sleeved white crop from Shein. Shein has these available in many colors and this one was only $8. I didn't have a full shirt, so it was the next best thing. Jeans definitely helped in keeping it casual, so I paired my A.N.A jeggings from JCPENNY with it. These jeggings normally range from $20-$40. I always try to catch them on sale. I honestly would say these are second favorite next to Target's Universal Thread brand. I'm currently wearing a size 16 in this brand. If you follow me on IG, I recently told yall about my weight loss journey. Originally, I was wearing a 18 in this certain brand. As for shoes, I chose to wear these tan hiker boots from Belk. I've had them for a couple of years now and purchased them during their Black Friday sale. I absolutely love them and they are quite comfortable, which is a plus. They are a size 9M. Also, they are wide width friendly.
In any outfit I wear, accessories are must! I love to keep it simple so I paired some cute gold hoops with a "key" chain necklace. With this look, simplicity was best. I also wore a chocolate band watch and mainly because it complemented the brown buttons on my vest.
